1. Introduction

By making a purchase at Apex Customs Store (https://apexcustoms.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We may amend these terms with at least 30 days’ notice by updating this page.

2. Payment Processing via PayFast

When you choose to pay with PayFast, you consent to the use of PayFast’s payment processing services. PayFast is a registered PASA Third-Party Payment Provider under SARB Directive 1/2007, and a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider with secure SSL/ZAR-only payment processing MiRO+12YHM+12Payfast by Network+12.

3. Order Confirmation & Stock

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment clearance.
  • We do not reserve stock until payment has cleared. If an item sells out before payment clears, we will notify you and issue a refund or alternative option.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are in ZAR and include applicable VAT, where relevant.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or promotional offers.

5. Payment Requirements

Direct Bank Transfers:

  • Payment must include your Order ID as reference.
  • You must send proof of payment via email to info@apexcustoms.store.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is fully cleared.

6. Import & Delivery Terms

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment clears.
  • Imported items: require 10–14 business days import time before dispatch.
  • FREE shipping applies to orders over R1,500. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery options include Standard & Express, with full tracking provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom imported items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Returns on in-stock items are subject to a 15% handling fee and inspection.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • All DUDUAUTO products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
  • Warranty is void if:
    • Unit has been opened, modified, or water-damaged
    • Installed improperly, causing damage
    • Rooted or runs unauthorized software
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the purchase price.

You agree to indemnify Apex Customs Store and PayFast against claims, losses, or legal costs arising from:

  • Misrepresentations or misconduct in your account or use of services.
  • Fraudulent or prohibited transactions.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

12. Variations to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
