High Gloss Dusky Grape Vinyl Wrap (CG61-HD)

Product overview

• Film category: Vehicle Wraps
• Finish: Ultra / High Gloss
• Colour family: Purple

Many purple wraps lose their depth and either turn loud violet or muddy grey-brown. TeckWrap’s Dusky Grape settles into a dusty lavender-grey with a soft plum undertone, staying clean, balanced, and full of depth.

Key Attributes

• Smoky lavender tone: dusty lavender-grey with soft plum undertones creates a finish that looks composed instead of loud.
• Creamy reflection structure: polymeric multilayered hybrid film with fine metallic pigment softens the shine, creating creamy reflections.
• Air-guided installation: built-in air-release channels move trapped air away, allowing large panels to lie flat.
• All-weather adhesion: Henkel solvent acrylic adhesive stays transparent and holds firmly through changing weather conditions.
• Curve-ready film: wraps around mirrors, edges, and moderate recessed panels with controlled heat.
• Residue-free removal: the adhesive lifts away clean, leaving the factory finish exactly as it was.

Dusky Grape rarely looks as purple as its name suggests, and that is exactly what gives it its character. In daylight, the grey undertone steps forward, turning the plum into a soft smoky mauve. As reflections move across the bodywork, the finish shifts toward a creamy lavender-grey rather than deep violet. This gives the color a quiet, tailored appearance. It sits comfortably between classic grey and muted purple, adding just enough color to separate the car from ordinary neutral finishes.

OEM Match

• Closest to Porsche’s custom violet-tinted grey.
• Softer than Aston Martin’s satin lavender.
• More muted than Rolls-Royce’s bespoke dusty-violet builds.

Many muted violet tones are reserved for custom paint programs or limited commissions. Dusky Grape turns that into something you can actually order for the car in your driveway.

Colour selection: Screen colours vary by device and lighting. For colour-critical work, inspect a physical TeckWrap swatch before ordering. Professional preparation and installation are recommended.
